Qubit Labs is the partner for tech companies around the globe. We build and maintenance remote development teams and offices for IT-product companies from USA, Australia, Finland, Norway, Germany, and Israel.

Required skills:
— 1+ years experience in IT recruitment;
— Understanding of IT sphere;
— Experience in conducting different types of interviews;
— Experience in pre-screening, interviewing, and interview feedbacks drawing up;
— Experience in using different searching tools;
— Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team;
— Excellent communication and networking skills;
— English intermediate is a must.

Responsibilities:
— Providing full cycle of recruitment;
— Timely update of resume database;
— Choosing effective channels of search and methods of applicants selection;
— Scheduling and conducting interviews with candidates;
— Be a part of the cool team :)
