Requirements:
— 5+ years of game development experience;
— experience of managing medium to large mobile apps, games.
— understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to refine its use on a project-by-project basis;
— experience of leading external teams, both local and overseas;
— intuitive problem-solving skills to help your team with task prioritization and overcoming project roadblocks;
— love to tech, entertainment, toys, games, and pop culture;
— proficiency in project management and version control software tools such as Confluence and Jira;
— experience in consuming asynchronous network APIs and understanding of server-authoritative design.
It will be great if you have:
— experience in managing freemium games;
— experience in analytics and data science;
— technical background and experience in Unity Engine preferred.

As a part of the team you will:
— ability to communicate professionally and effectively as a mediator between all development disciplines, as well as with upper management;
— proven experience managing schedules and requirements to implement desired features;
— proactive in finding new ways to problem solve and work with resolutions;
— proven conflict management and evaluation and risk resolution;
— lead a team of developers, designers, 3D artists and QA testers through the entire project life cycle using agile development methodologies;
— act as the main client contact for all project-related communication, building a strong relationship along the way;
— create and manage schedules, user stories, risk mitigation plans, scope and budget tracking, and other production-related items to ensure that your team stays on track to meet delivery and launch milestones;
— manage the entire game development cycle, from creative concepts to development to release;
— review and test builds as they become available to make sure the game is on track and meeting expectations;
— note bugs as well as refinement/updates which might be needed.
