— troubleshoot & resolve Brandlive platform issues directly with customers;
— write detailed customer issue reports for all customer interactions;

In this role, you will be responsible for exercising your knowledge to ensure our clients are able to realize the full benefits of the software.
The ideal candidate should be customer-centric, have a background with video production tools and/or live video products, and should be motivated with excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm in our customer’s hour of need.
