Обов’язки

This role is part of the HR Department, and you will report to the HR Director.

YOU WILL:

Assist the HR Director and CEO in solving business and administrative tasks (requests, orders, reminders, reports, etc.).
Take part in newcomer onboarding and termination processes (documents, access, dismissal, standard procedures, etc.).
Cooperate (correspondence, calls in English) with foreign colleagues on various administrative requests.
Maintain company documentation (CV, training, project documentation, time tracking, etc.).
Manage, plan expenses and provide office supplies (cookies, printer cartridges, pen and pencil, equipment, library, etc.).
Work closely with a designer to create corporate attributes.
Looking for suppliers, vendors for various needs.
Meet casual visitors/guests, service phone calls.
Conduct corporate events, training, teambuilding, business trips.
Support colleagues with their requests, capture the needs, be creative in improving office life.
Interact with the system administrator/business centre administration / legal and accounting departments, etc.
