Project Manager (Only Kyiv Location)

Must have skills:

• communicate technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher)
• Location: Kyiv, Vyshhorod, Stari Petrivtsi, Novi Petrivtsi, and other nearby settlements
• 5+ years in project management
• Proficiency in software development principles, UAV technology, and navigation systems, with a solid understanding of data science applications for autonomous navigation
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and drive project success in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Certifications PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant project management certifications are a big plus

Your tasks will include:

• Design, implement, and manage comprehensive project plans to achieve high-impact solutions in UAV navigational autonomy and reliability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and product designers, to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Leverage a thorough understanding of UAV technology, navigation systems, and software development principles to guide technical decisions and address potential challenges.
• Apply data science methodologies for enhancing system accuracy and reliability, particularly in predictive modeling and real-time data analysis for autonomous navigation.
• Identify potential risks in project development and create mitigation plans to ensure project continuity and success.
• Manage project resources effectively, ensuring projects stay within budget and are completed on schedule.
• Regularly assess and refine project processes to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.
