The role is based in the Kyiv region, and we will expect you to be in the office 3-4 days per week. We have a shuttle service from the nearest metro station.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys digging into complex technical problems, working with data, and figuring out how things actually work under the hood. You’ll be investigating incidents, analyzing system behavior, and working closely with our R&D team to resolve issues and improve the product.
You don’t need prior UAV experience — we’ll teach you. What really matters is your curiosity, analytical mindset, and ability to break down complex systems.
What is your Day to Day Mission:
- Dive deep into technical incidents and find root causes
- Test hypotheses and track down bugs
- Work with telemetry, logs, and system-level data
- Collaborate with engineers and R&D teams to resolve issues
- Document findings and share insights
- Support escalations and help the support team handle complex cases
What you bring to the team:
- Experience in technical analysis, troubleshooting, or root cause investigation
- Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving
- Confidence working with technical data (logs, metrics, system behavior)
- English — B1+ or higher (you’ll use it in communication and documentation)
- Fluent Ukrainian
Nice to have (but not required):
- Any experience with drones — user, engineer, or enthusiast
- Basic understanding of UAV systems (navigation, communication, electronics)
- Background in robotics, embedded systems, or similar fields
