About the Job
Our company has very ambitious plans for developing its R&D direction, and this role is one of the key positions in our newly established R&D unit. All necessary resources and authority have been allocated to help achieve these goals. This is a great opportunity for a professional who:

What your day-to-day mission will include:
- Suggesting prototype designs for testing new or improved product components
- Creating schematic, functional, electrical, and other types of diagrams
- Preparing technical specifications for ordering components needed for prototypes
- Actively contributing to setting technical requirements for other teams
- Configuring component software for testing
- Participating in prototype testing and documenting results for data-driven decisions
- Assisting in product documentation creation
- Supporting the transition from prototype to mass production
- Proposing creative solutions and using innovative components to improve product efficiency
What you bring to the team:
- Experience in developing UAVs or other unmanned systems
- (Nice to have) Strong theoretical knowledge of radio communication and hands-on experience with antenna design, Silvus or SineLink datalinks, Mesh networks, etc.
- (Nice to have) Experience with designing or modifying 3D models and printing them using tools like Fusion or SolidWorks
- Hands-on experience with assembling and configuring UAV electronics (autopilots, communication modules, navigation systems, etc.)
- Experience working with sensors, lidars, cameras, and similar devices
- Ability to read and create technical documentation for electronic systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to justify chosen solutions
- Responsibility in meeting deadlines and completing tasks
- Fluency in spoken Ukrainian and English at B2 level or higher
