We seek an experienced IT recruiter to join our friendly team.

We expect:

  • 3+ years of experience as an IT recruiter (experience in a recruiting agency will be an advantage)
  • Experience in providing the full cycle of recruitment (from request to hiring)
  • Ability to work in multitasking mode and to learn quickly
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Systematicity, critical thinking, flexibility, and result orientation
  • Emotional intelligence and stress resistance
  • Upper-Intermediate or above level of English

Main responsibilities:

  • Development of partnership relations with hiring managers: discussion of the applications for candidate search; consultations and expert assessment regarding an open vacancy
  • Making job profiles of varying complexity
  • Sourcing strategy creation and analysis: active use of various search channels, social networks, professional communities, etc.; making job descriptions and their publication following the company’s marketing standards
  • Interaction with candidates: resume screening, phone interview, online competency interview using various methods; vacancies presentation to candidates; arranging other stages of selection (technical interview, testing, interview with the hiring manager, etc.); maintaining long-term relationships with candidates
  • Market analysis: monitoring trends in recruiting; introducing new approaches; finding tools for sourcing and evaluating candidates; using AI in recruitment; competitor analysis; study of materials on trends, salary levels, market situation, etc.
  • Working with the Talent database and reporting: submitting funnel analytics to the hiring managers; collecting statistical data on vacancies; submitting daily reports on the results; participating in team meetings.
