QATestLab, an international IT company, is looking for a proactive and purposeful Lead Generation Manager. If you know all the ins and outs of the Upwork platform and are eager to work with it, we’d love to get to know you better.
What you’ll be doing:
— Look for clients on the Upwork platform
— Generate ideas to optimize and enhance conversion from this channel
— Organize and meaningfully maintain communication data and the leads movement in our CRM system
— Cooperate with the commercial department and the marketing team
— Will be seeking alternative platforms for attracting new clients
We appreciate:
— Successful lead generation experience on the Upwork platform (at least 2 years)
— Deep understanding of the Upwork algorithms
— Experience in working with KPI
— English proficiency at the B1 level
Will be a plus:
— Experience in working with CRM systems
— Strong analytical and system thinking skills
— Understanding the nuances of QA sales, software development, and design
— Desire to find and create new lead generation approaches and strategies
— Experience of lead generation on various platforms for freelancers
