What would you do?

• managing of marketing projects of the department in various directions;
• operational managing of the marketing department team, participation in solving emerging issues;
• ensuring effective interaction of the marketing department with other divisions of the company;
• managing of Kanban and Scrum tasks, sprint planning, control of the team’s execution of tasks within project sprints;
• participating in the creation of content and marketing concepts;
• reporting, and holding regular meetings.

Our expectations for the candidate:

• experience in the position of project manager or team lead of the marketing department or marketing agency for 2 years;
• English proficiency level from Upper-Intermediate (it’s important);
• practical experience in managing the work of a team of 3 people;
• work experience with market research, product marketing, and brand marketing;
• ability to work with web analytics, and lead generation;
• developed organizational skills, teamwork, and focus on results.
