We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with strong English communication skills, a proactive mindset, proven E-commerce or Retail domain expertise, and experience working with US clients.

Requirements:
- Solid experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in the E-commerce or Retail domain — understanding of customer journeys, digital storefronts, shopping cart workflows, product catalogues, and promotional mechanics.
- Ability to proactively engage with clients to extract critical information, even when stakeholders are challenging or less forthcoming.
- Hands-on experience in backlog management, story refinement, and acceptance criteria definition.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including Project Managers, Developers, Designers, and QA.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to drive delivery through influence and collaboration.
- Experience working with Scrum and familiarity with Agile ceremonies.
Duties:
- Collaborate closely with a business-oriented Product Owner to support the creation and ongoing refinement of the Product Backlog.
- Drive the decomposition of Epics into Features and User Stories, working alongside Product Owner and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Define clear Business Acceptance Criteria for all User Stories and Features.
- Engage with the Delivery Director, Project Manager, and development team to ensure accurate sizing of User Stories and shared understanding of sprint goals.
- Ensure UI design provided by the client aligns with User Stories before Sprint kickoffs.
- Play an active role in Sprint Demos, supporting the project team and ensuring timely sign-off from the client.
- Facilitate backlog prioritisation, scope validation, and estimation activities during Sprint Planning.
- Drive Sprint pre-planning activities, including backlog refinement, UI validation, scope baselining, and acceptance criteria definition.
- Manage client expectations with calmness and patience, guiding them toward timely decisions and necessary inputs to ensure delivery milestones are met.
