Requirements:
— Communication skills;
— Coordination of teamwork;
— Maintaining project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures;
— Basic knowledge tracking systems (Jira, Asana, Trello);
— Basic knowledge of project development methodologies (PMBoK, Scrum, Kanban);
— English upper-intermediate and higher;
— Good soft skills.
Will be a plus:
— Strong knowledge of project development methodologies (PMBoK, Scrum, Kanban);
— Ability to fast learning;
— Developer/QA role background;
— Understanding the logic of programs’ function.
Duties:
— Communication with clients;
— Ensure that all incoming calls and customer concerns are processed and handled;
— Coordination of teamwork (maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures);
— Work according to the plan and instructions of the project manager;
— Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings;
— Project informing.
