We are a team in an online travel agency. Our mission is to deliver the right booking capabilities to help our customers find the best holiday options for their specific needs. This is done using scrum and we focus on agile delivery, using continuous integration and delivery.
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer with expertise in Azure services and cloud infrastructure concepts and Elasticsearch to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our software solutions, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and secure.
Mission
- Develop and maintain .NET applications, ensuring high performance and scalability
- Utilize Azure services and solutions to build and manage cloud-based applications (SQL DB, App Services, Azure FrontDoor, SignalR)
- Implement efficient data ingestion and indexing pipelines for Elasticsearch.
- Responsible for maintaining the defined level of code quality on the project
- Make required infrastructural changes for successful application deployment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior .NET Developer with a strong portfolio of .NET-based projects.
- In-depth proficiency level of C# and .Net technologies, implementing applications using defensive programming
- Practical experience with Microsoft Azure Cosmos DB
- Experience with SignalR
- Excellent knowledge of Elasticsearch
- Experience with CI/CD tools and methodologies (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
- Solid command-line skills (Bash, PowerShell, or equivalent)
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills to identify and resolve software defects
- A hands-on experience with application deployment patterns and tools
- Great inbound and outbound communication skills
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Can-Do approach and innovative by nature
