Position Overview

As a Product Specialist you are part of a team that is creating and deploying one of the most innovative data products in technology today. Put It Forward is used by some of the biggest and most well known companies in the world to solve for their data challenges.

You will be tackling some of the most challenging problems spanning cloud environments, on premise systems, distributed computing and leading edge applications.

The ideal candidate will possess the intelligence and aptitude to deliver the integrated value proposition, coordinate the solution development and manage the stakeholders through delivery.

The key attribute is seeing how to simplify the complex.

Product Specialist Role and Responsibilities:

You will lead the deployment of Put It Forward software in customer environments, this includes setup and configuration.

About You: You’re someone who likes to solve interesting challenges and proactively engages with stakeholders to deliver solutions.

Your perspective is to see the whole of a situation while simultaneously understanding how the parts relate to each other.

You’ve probably worked in companies where data, integration, analytics, cloud and security were all very important parts of the story.

Day to day you will be collaborating as part of an integrated team, development, QA and deployment while being customer focused.

Role:

Perform technical analysis, design definitions, set up and implementation.

Conceptualize and communicate high-level ideas.

Leverage customer insights, trends, and best practices to recommend and influence the product experience.

Skills and background:

Experience integration technologies, knowledge of middleware or integration patterns and the role of data in the enterprise.

Experience with end to end testing approaches as well as front and back end.

Experience with customer release management.

Have an understanding of marketing automation, crm, erp, social, cloud and related data services.

Knowledge of data standards such as REST and SOAP, integration technologies and networking.

Experience in a core development language such as Java or scripting languages like Python or JavaScript

Experience in development and concepts, including debugging against application APIs

Knowledge of Internet technologies and protocols such as HTTPS, SSL, SSO, oAuth

Professional level verbal English and written communication skills

Strong analytical mindset, ability to take data from a wide variety of sources to produce insights, drive design and delivery.

Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or related.
