Push Gaming is recruiting a full-time Technical Support Engineer to provide the highest standard of technical support to customers integrated with our iGaming platform. The role involves offering technical support to our customers while working with various internal teams such as Engineering and Infrastructure teams, ensuring that incidents and support queries are responded to and resolved well within agreed timeframes. The role also involves creating and updating support artefacts such as Knowledge Base Articles, runbook, etc. to maximise technical support quality and efficiency.

Due to some new and exciting projects, we need a Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Lviv office. This is an opportunity to join the company and become a key contributor to Push Gaming’s success.
