Experience with designing, planning and executing Product and Game roadmaps
Experience implementing process improvements
Experience managing development teams split across local and remote locations
Experience using Jira, Smartsheet and/or similar project management software
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Experience in game development
Have a passion for how groups work together and coordination of processes
Strong English language skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
