Pulsar Expo supply special purpose vehicles and equipment, automotive and technical aid to companies and government organizations globally. We work with private sector companies, government, non-government and international organizations including the United Nations and United States Embassies all around the world. And we are looking for an IT Support Engineer, who will work with our 3 offices.
What you will do:
- Provide prompt and quality 1st and 2nd-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, MS Teams, and Service Desk system.
- Conduct initial diagnostics and troubleshoot issues with computer equipment, printers, and access points.
- Create and update knowledge base articles to facilitate first-level issue resolution.
- Administration and support of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. User support. Preparing user manuals. Conducting training for users.
- Communication with ISP providers.
- Collaborate with other IT engineers to solve complex technical problems.
- Contacting and cooperating with external suppliers.
What we need:
- At least 1 year experience with MS Dynamics 365 administration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
- Understanding of principles of operation and configuration of MS Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Good analytic and communication skills.
- English — Upper intermediate.
