We are growing super fast and currently looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager, who will join our Team.

Skills & Requirements
— Demonstrating Upper-Intermediate English level;
— Experience in working with international companies in a service-oriented environment;
— Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with the distributed team;
— Skilled in conflict mitigation and resolution;
— Good knowledge of the IT market and tendencies.

Nice-to-have
— Having a background of staffing process;
— Experient in building a successful partnership with a customer;
— Participating or at least understanding Agile, Scrum/Waterfall/Kanban, and Issue management systems like Jira, Trello.

Responsibilities
— Coordinating 10-15 projects simultaneously in different domains;
— Taking part in communication (between developers, client) during project production and manage expectations;
— People and resource management across multiple projects;
— Making sure that projects are delivered in agreed scope, conditions, and budget;
— Solving issues before the escalation arise;
— Providing weekly status reports, and ensuring that projects stay on track;
