We are looking for a senior Ruby on Rails developer to join us on a remote basis working with a Swedish early-stage startup within circular fashion.
— 3+ years of experience working with Ruby on Rails.
— Experience from agile software processes.
— Able to share experiences about projects you have played a direct part in creating.
— Following best practices and conventions.
— Upper-intermediate English level — B2 on CEFR!
— Social person and willing to communicate via Skype (communication is extremely important!).
— Experience with GraphQL.
— Used the Spree Ruby on rails eCommerce framework.
— Full-time engagement into the project.
— Remote work and flexible working schedules.
— Long-term collaboration.

— Business travels to Sweden are possible.
As the first developer joining the team, you will play a key role in shaping the architecture and user experience.
You will be expected to work closely with the client (Scrum or Kanban) and all communication will be in English so it would be great if you are ready to have Skype calls and discuss everything verbally.
