Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional who will join our corporate start-up Employa.

Requirements:

  • Experience in IT recruiting (2+ years);
  • Understanding of the full cycles of the recruiting components;
  • Experience working with foreign (US) clients;
  • Team-player with strong interpersonal skills;;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • English — Upper-Intermediate or above.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for coordination hiring between candidates and client: clarification clients’ questions, setup interview, coordinate all organization activities, etc.

Employa solves this problem by sourcing qualified developers from ATS databases and job boards. The backbone of Employa is a proprietary candidate screening technology.

We’re expanding the Sales Development team to cover new market segments. We follow a hyper-personalized approach to Sales Development that involves email, LinkedIn, video and phone as channels. The vast majority of clients, even those who are not interested in Employa, like to be approached this way. Among meetings scheduled in the past quarter are multiple unicorns and enterprises with 50,000+ employees.
