Outbound Sales Specialist for Employa (вакансія неактивна)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional who will join our corporate start-up Employa.


  • You’ve got a track record of success in both outbound prospecting and sales;
  • On discovery calls, you develop compelling business cases for change as opposed to just asking BANT questions;
  • You stay up to date with the current prospecting & sales practices;
  • Your English, both spoken and written, is close to native.

Will be a plus:

  • [Optional] You’ve got experience selling IT outsourcing or outstaffing services.


  • Looking for clients who are interested in with Employa agency service (looking for technical staff for US based companies).

Employa is a corporate start-up belonging to Proxet, an outstaffing & outsourcing company with 12 years of experience in North America. George Serebrennikov, our Chief Product Officer and the former Head of Engineering of Grammarly founded Employa to help IT recruiters and hiring managers fill the candidate pipeline with qualified candidates. Our core SaaS product does that by turning ATS databases into rich pipelines.

With 12 years of IT Recruitment expertise and a powerful in-house solution that automates several critical hiring processes, there’s an opportunity to disrupt the recruitment services market.

Most of the agencies operating in the US now charge prohibitive fees of up to 30% of the candidate’s first-year base salary (up to $45k cost-per-hire). Employa matches their offerings at half the standard costs. This job is about selling recruitment services.
