Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition team is looking for you, a deep-thinking, Senior, and effective Talent Acquisition Specialist, who will share our common goal to make the company better by matching the right people with the right projects. Are you ready to help to achieve this balance?

What awaits you at Proxet:

  • A friendly, international recruitment team of 7 Recruiters (5 from Ukraine, 2 from South America), and 2 Sourcers;
  • A smooth and clear recruitment process. The average number of vacancies per recruiter ranges from 2 to 5 per month, depending on the level of difficulty. Vacancies are divided by priority — high, normal, and low. The goal is 2 closed positions per month;
  • International recruitment. You will have an opportunity to develop your recruitment skills and to search for candidates not only within the Ukrainian market, but in any part of the World;
  • Competitive salary: fixed salary + bonuses per each closed position. Bonuses vary from 300 to 1000 per vacancy depending on the level. Also, we have an additional bonus system for overperforming, when you close 3 or more positions per month the bonus is doubling. And we have an extra bonus after achieving high sustainable results per quarter;
  • Use of the PeopleForce ATS system;
  • Freedom in choosing the right recruiting and sourcing tools for you: we use LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, DOU, Djinni, AmazingHiring, and more;

Requirements:

— Experience in IT recruiting (3+ years);

— Understanding of the full cycles of the recruiting components;

— Experience working with foreign clients;

— Team-player with strong interpersonal skills;

— Strong communication and presentation skills;

— Experience working with different business models, particularly with service IT companies;

— English — Upper-Intermediate or above.

Will be a plus:

— Experience with international hiring;

— Experience working at recruitment agencies.

Responsibilities:

— Search and select candidates (mostly Senior IT roles) and match the right people with the right projects;

— Manage all recruitment stages (gather job requirements, coordinate interview processes, etc.);

— Conduct Job Offer negotiations;

— Communicate with Clients and internal Managers / Team Leads;

— Solve different recruitment-related questions with clients and internal teams;

— Conduct reports and take part in writing/updating procedures and documentation.
