We are looking for a strong leader of Talent Acquisition to manage the team in 2 different locations: Ukraine and Latin America. You will work closely with Proxet Top Management to reach business goals and to improve the recruitment processes already in place.

— 10 years in IT Recruitment;
— Strong experience in a leadership role within talent acquisition;
— Experience in managing and overseeing talent acquisition team;
— Evidence of transforming recruitment function within an organization;
— Ability to build relationships with & influence stakeholders;
— Experience working within different business models, especially for service IT companies and for recruitment agencies;
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 and above);
— Ability to work from one of our offices in Kyiv at least
— Experience with hiring globally, including US, European, and Latin American IT markets.
— Manage and supervise the entire talent acquisition team (10 people);
— Oversee and run continual recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience, constantly evaluating and refining the sourcing and selection procedures;
— Effectively represent recruiting at С-level, which includes analyzing results and team performance, creating a reporting system, and working on automation of manual processes in recruitment;
— Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies using well-known as well as innovative approaches within the HR and Employer Branding team;
— Open up recruitment in new locations;
— Coordinate with Delivery, PM, and Hiring Managers from Proxet and our Clients to track ongoing hiring needs of their individual businesses and improve the recruitment process as needed;
— Identify and partner with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met;
