The company is in the active Product-Market-Fit search phase. We’re testing new hypotheses about the market all the time with outreach. The top expectation of you is to accelerate our hypothesis verification by constantly trying new approaches and helping us develop a mid-term Sales Strategy.
- 2+ years of successful experience selling internationally. Preferred industry — IT Recruitment Services, acceptable industry — IT Services;
- Outbound prospecting skills. We welcome any mix of channels if you use them effectively;
- Prospecting assets development skills. You will be required to write your own templates and scripts and set detailed requests to our Designers when it comes to visual collaterals;
- C2 / C1 English. It must be comfortable for native speakers to communicate with you;
- Account Management Skills. You will be maintaining relationships with your clients after deal closure.
