Job Summary:
We are looking for a Scrum Master who will be a significant part of the Technology team, setting, organizing, and following scrum ceremonies for 2 Engineering teams.
You’ll be working for the fastest-growing Amazon business acquirer who reached a $1B valuation and continues to grow.
Skills & Experience:
— Solid knowledge and understanding of Scrum framework;
— At least 2 years of real working experience as a Scrum Master in a team following Scrum principles & practices;
— Understanding software development processes and procedures fundamentals;
— Experience in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency;
— Communication and mentoring skills;
— JIRA user experience;
— Upper-Intermediate English level and higher.
— Practical experience in software development in any role;
— Certification (CSM, PSM , CSP, etc.);
— Knowledge and experience with other approaches (Kanban, Lean, XP);
— Formal or informal education about coaching.
