We are looking for an Executive Assistant who is bright and motivated, with a proven history of high performance. The primary goal is to provide efficient and responsive administrative, organizational, and logistical assistance to the COO.

— Fluent written and spoken English

— Experience and interest in internal and external communications and partnership development
— Experience in preparing drafts of official documents (decisions, analytical reports, decrees and orders), presentations and commercial correspondence

Responsibilities
— Work closely and effectively with the COO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
— Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the COO and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff
— Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the COO
— Conduct research and assemble and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
— Plan, organize, schedule, and manage events and calendars
— Business trip coordination and support (local and international)
