Currently we are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist who will help us to align our people development path with company growth and contribute to meaningful and successful employee experience.

What is required:
— Ideally 1+ year of professional experience in Learning and Development, preferably in tech companies;
— Expertise in developing talent and learning programs;
— Experience in creating and delivering training courses, experience with different methodologies;
— Experience in Performance Management and Career Development;
— Being extremely organized and attentive to details, ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously;
— High level of English, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, excellent presentation and public speaking skills;
— Analytical thinking, ability to plan your own work, to proactively set your own tasks and priorities;
— Ability to keep your performance on a high level without constant monitoring.
— Design and implement training programs across all company locations, currently in Ukraine, Armenia, Turkey, Poland, Canada, Romania, the US, Colombia, and Costa Rica;
— Drive the process of online training and technical certification of employees (AWS, Google Cloud, etc);
— Further develop, harmonize, and update training programs in line with Provectus career path framework, technical, core and leadership competencies;
— Design and deliver virtual training for Provectus employees as per learning needs;
— Create and track surveys for all internal and external classes to measure the effectiveness of training sessions;
— Work with Managers and Teams to improve the quality of cooperation and business unit performance, conduct various workshops customized to the team’s needs;
— Provide timely and efficient solutions to any issues from managers and team members;
— Support research, design, and development of HR initiatives;
— Coordinate and deliver new employee onboarding programs, cooperate with English classes providers, and coordinate training, advice on motivation, learning, and retention initiatives.
