We are looking for a People and Culture (P&C) Business Partner that is excited to have a meaningful impact. The Business Partner serves as a thought partner on all things people and culture specifically for our Global Engineering Organization. Your time will be spent supporting our Managers & Supervisors to be great people leaders. In this role, you will also be hands-on with a wide variety of people practices, programs, and tools that bring to life our culture for every employee. What You’ll Do
— Be a strategic thought partner for the management team to maximize employee engagement: in service to exceptional operational performance;
— Partner with hiring managers to effectively onboard new hires to set them up for success in their careers with Provectus. This may include facilitating new hire Bootcamp, setting them up in our HR Systems, answering onboarding questions, etc;
— Be the go-to person for employees to get guidance or support related to our people practices and systems;
— Enable the administration of our robust benefits and leave of absence programs by advising and supporting employees throughout the process;
— Provide coaching and guidance to people leaders using Provectus’ vision and values to help them effectively apply our people practices, particularly around performance feedback, employee relations, and development discussions;
— Manage the process, data collection, and reporting for the various tools and systems we use on a daily basis, i.e. Bamboo HR, Lever, etc. Analyze the data and construct in a way to tell a story and drive business decisions;
— Design & implement innovative employee development and engagement initiatives in support of, and in partnership with, the business, i.e. training programs, cultural events, and roundtable discussions, etc;
— Partner with cross-department and cross-functional teams to create and implement process improvements and other special projects as they arise;
— Conduct investigations of employee relations issues in alignment with Provectus’ standards, values, and leadership principles;
— Take part in the hiring process and access the cultural fit of the candidates;
Process HRIS transactions including organizational changes, terminations, and LOA’s;
— Assist with the performance, level assessment, and compensation review process.

What You’ll Need
— Have a B.S. or B.A. and 3+ years of Human Resources experience with progressive career development;
— Held People Business Partner positions that have supported large Global Engineering & Technology Organizations;
— Deeply share our values of partnership, transparency, ownership, and obsession;
— Have a high level of knowledge of HR policies and laws including Leave of Absences, and other HR-related laws;
— Are naturally inquisitive, resourceful, and resilient;
— Effectively manage the details as you work towards the bigger picture;
— Have the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize your work without compromising quality or the experience you are working to deliver;
— Are excited about ambiguity because it’s an opportunity to get creative and challenge assumptions;
— Have the confidence to ask thought-provoking questions and give high-quality feedback to anyone with a high level of integrity;
— Are an effective communicator and know how to make yourself easily understood and make others feel heard;
— Have the ability to weigh pro’s and con’s of a situation and make a sound decision/form an opinion objectively and discretely;
— Have experience with a wide variety of systems and tools (like Lever, Bamboo HR, Google Applications, Excel, PowerPoint).
