Our partner is an international B2B Finance & Legal Consulting company that provides corporate, legal, compliance, and financial advisory services to fast-growing international businesses, including companies operating in the iGaming industry.

The company specializes in international corporate structuring, licensing, regulatory compliance, cross-border transactions, and legal support for businesses operating across multiple jurisdictions. The team works closely with founders, C-level executives, and international partners, helping clients build and scale sustainable global businesses.

🔎 We’re looking for a Middle/Senior Legal Counsel to join the team and take ownership of complex cross-border legal matters. In this role, you’ll work on international corporate structuring, commercial contracts, compliance, intellectual property, and strategic legal support for clients operating in regulated industries.

📌 To succeed in this role, you will have:

— Fluent English (including legal drafting)
— 3+ years of relevant legal experience, including 2+ years in iGaming
— Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law
— Experience drafting and negotiating international commercial agreements
— Knowledge of AML procedures is a strong plus
— High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
— Proactive approach and ability to work independently
— Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

📌 What will you be doing?

— Advising clients on corporate, commercial and cross-border legal matters
— Designing and maintaining international corporate structures
— Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, shareholder agreements, IP assignments and internal legal documentation
— Supporting company incorporations, restructurings and ongoing corporate governance
— Identifying legal and regulatory risks and proposing practical business-oriented solutions
— Supporting compliance initiatives across AML, data protection, payments, marketing and consumer protection
— Coordinating external legal advisors in different jurisdictions
— Working closely with founders and business teams to support strategic business initiatives
