We are looking for an experienced 2D Animator (Live Casino) to shape and elevate the visual animation direction of our live gaming products. In this role, you will play a key part in bringing engaging concepts to life, creating high-quality animations and visual effects that enhance gameplay and strengthen player engagement. Working closely with game designers, artists, and developers, you will contribute to the creation of visually compelling content while helping to define and refine our animation standards and creative vision.

Requirements
-6+ years of professional experience in 2D animation
-Strong focus on workflow optimization and continuous improvement of animation processes
-Ownership mindset with the ability to initiate ideas, influence product decisions, and drive them through implementation
-Determination to achieve results, proactively collaborating with developers and stakeholders to ensure successful execution
-Creative thinking combined with strategic vision and a desire to make a meaningful impact on the product
-Ability to define artistic direction, recommend improvements, and contribute to product growth
-Potential and willingness to take on leadership responsibilities in the future
-Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Spine, and related tools
-Experience preparing, modifying, and organizing assets for animation production
-Ability to manage the full animation lifecycle, from concept creation to final in-game integration
-Background in visual effects and motion design
-Solid understanding of vector mathematics and core artistic principles, including composition, color theory, lighting, and proportions
-Exceptional attention to detail and flexibility in adapting to different visual styles
-Familiarity with game development workflows and asset implementation processes
-Enthusiasm for learning, professional growth, and continuous skill development
-Team-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration skills
-Openness to feedback and ability to incorporate it effectively
-Previous experience working on casino or gambling-related games
-Deep understanding of animation fundamentals and techniques
-Knowledge of various animation styles and their practical application in games
-Experience creating animations specifically for gaming products
-Understanding of production pipelines and content delivery processes
-Ability to both provide constructive feedback and respond positively to it
-Upper-Intermediate English level or higher

Nice to Have
-Knowledge of 3D graphics and animation workflows
-Experience with advanced Adobe After Effects plugins, including Trapcode Suite and Boris FX Suite

Responsibilities
-Collaborate with Illustrators and Art Directors to develop and animate environments, special effects, and visual elements across multiple artistic styles
-Export, optimize, and prepare animations for seamless integration into game projects
-Apply optimization techniques to ensure performance within memory and technical constraints
-Work closely with developers to deliver the highest-quality animations possible within the capabilities of the technology stack
