🧭 Who we’re looking for:
— 1+ years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing (in iGaming as a solid plus)
— Knowledge of product, marketing, and operational, technical roles
— Knowledge and understanding of Tier
— Confident use of LinkedIn Recruiter Lite / Sales Navigator
— Experience with behavioral and competency-based interviews
— Proficiency in ATS/HRM systems, Asana, Notion, and Google Sheets
— Skilled in sourcing via LinkedIn, Telegram, Boolean/X-Ray search, and AI tools
— English — Upper-Intermediate+ or higher
— Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, team player
📋 What you’ll do:
— Full-cycle recruitment across iGaming roles and GEOs
— Source candidates for Affiliate, Marketing, CRM, Product, Technical and Operations teams
— Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates’ motivation and fit
— Manage pipelines via ATS and maintain reports in Asana and Google Sheets
— Collaborate with Leads, Partners, and Hiring Managers on recruitment priorities
— Monitor iGaming market trends and salary benchmarks
— Support onboarding of new hires
