On behalf of our trusted partner — a dynamic and growing force in the iGaming industry — we are looking for an experienced Head of Analytics to take the helm of the data function and drive strategic impact across the business.

Requirements
Must have:

• Proven experience in a Head of Analytics or Lead Data Analyst role within the iGaming industry
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Deep understanding of data architecture, governance, and engineering concepts
• Hands-on experience with analytics for key geographical markets: Tier-1 and Ukraine
• Strong leadership and communication skills with proven ability to communicate insights to C-level
• Balanced mix of visionary, communicator, and practical manager

Nice to have:

• Experience modernizing legacy data stack and transitioning to more flexible tools
• Track record of building self-service analytics frameworks
• Experience establishing robust data domains (Payments, Antifraud, Casino, etc.)

🎯 Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the 8-person analytics team
• Be a hands-on contributor: deep-dive analysis, dashboards, complex queries
• Design and implement systematic approach to data management
• Establish and promote self-service analytics model
• Manage analytics priorities and ensure data quality
• Elevate data visualization and storytelling across company
• Structure analytics function and processes to accelerate company growth
