🔥 We are looking for an experienced PSP Manager (BizDev) to join a fast-growing iGaming & Betting holding, our trusted partner. This is a chance to take ownership of payment integrations and BizDev processes in one of the most dynamic international companies in the iGaming space.
The holding has grown rapidly over the past three years, bringing together 2,000+ experts worldwide. With 15+ successful projects live across Tier 1–3 markets, the company continues to expand confidently, driven by strong expertise and a people-first culture.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in BizDev / Account Management / Payments
- Strong understanding of payment stack for gaming operators: cascading, smart routing, 3DS, tokenization, risk rules, KYC/KYB, AML/sanctions, MID/descriptor
- Proven track record in PSP negotiations and launches
- Background in Account Management / BD on the side of operator, PSP, or aggregator
- Languages: Russian — fluent; English — Upper-Intermediate+ (business communication & negotiations)
- Willingness to travel for business trips (6–8 times per year)
Responsibilities:
- Research and onboarding of PSPs, aggregators, and alternative payment methods (A2A, P2P, e-wallets, local internet banking, cards, crypto on/off-ramp — with compliance in place)
- Full BizDev cycle: search, first contact, pitching, due diligence, commercial negotiations, launch
- Account management of active providers: SLA, escalations, incidents, routing, approval rate, fraud/chargebacks (in cooperation with Risk/Compliance teams)
- Negotiating fees, commissions, bundles, rebates, promo slots
- Continuous competitor monitoring (methods, limits, commissions, UX/flows, fallbacks)
- Funnel and reporting management: CRM, conversion metrics, ARP, PayOps KPIs
- Representing the company at industry events (ICE, iGB, SBC, SiGMA, etc.), networking and business dinners
Nice-to-have:
- Established connections within PSP, acquiring, or fintech
- Strong analytical skills in Excel / Sheets / Looker / Power BI
