I work at proSapient for the year and a half.

I’ve started the relationship with the company since the very first iterations as a freelance partner and then joined on a regular basis. Since that time (in Ukraine)
— we have changed 2 offices
— hired dozen of people as technical and nontechnical folks.
— still growing with company culture, as weekly team day out, celebrating holidays, etc ...

I’d like to highlight open-mindedness within the company.
If you have anything to add or adjust and have a good standpoint for that your impact would be always appreciated. As well as the quality of the product is also always appreciated.

I think an initiative person dedicated to work will always feel comfortable working at ProSapient.

Indeed the company has on outsource based development for different parts of the company products.
Indeed the company had a feedback from one of the trial period hire that project needs huge refactoring.

But after that feedback company followed the advice, were ready to spend time on early refactoring for the future sake. So the company had requested remote agency code review. Same agency as was advised from exactly same hire. And we have some great quality feedback on that.

Also, ProSapient is not ending on the one product and company have a much more to offer.
