Key Responsibilities:
- High-Volume Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment for New Homes Experts across multiple markets in the USA, adhering to specific goals and performance metrics set shortly after your start date.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and sustain a robust pipeline of candidates using a variety of recruiting strategies, sources, and channels.
- Direct Sourcing: Actively engage in direct sourcing activities, including outreach to passive candidates to expand the talent pool.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system and related tools. Regularly clean out pipelines to retain only relevant and active candidates.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional consulting and support to internal stakeholders, ensuring their recruitment needs are met efficiently.
- Candidate Experience: Coordinate and facilitate the entire interview process, ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience.
- Process Improvement: Promote operational excellence by collaborating effectively with team members and suggesting improvements to recruitment processes.
- Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process as needed, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience for new hires.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Implement strategies to attract a diverse range of candidates and uphold inclusive hiring practices.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle day-to-day administrative duties such as scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and verifying references.
Requirements:
- Fluent English: Exceptional command of English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with candidates in the USA.
- Recruitment Experience: Proven experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruitment, preferably with a focus on real estate roles.
- Sourcing Skills: Strong ability to use diverse recruiting strategies and tools to source and engage candidates.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and provide excellent service to both candidates and stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
