About the Role

Promova is expanding fast, and we’re hiring a Growth Lead to architect and own our full-funnel growth system across web and mobile. You’ll connect CRO, ASO, lifecycle, and organic growth into one predictable, data-driven machine — clear targets, fast experimentation, and measurable business impact.

This is not a “run tests” role. It’s a build-the-engine role. You’ll own Promova’s end-to-end growth system, with direct accountability for:

  • Experimentation velocity: quality and speed of learning, not random A/Bs
  • Funnel conversion: we consider funnels as revenue streams — a combination of creative angle + dedicated funnel where your team owns leads’ journey from click to purchase (including onboarding and retention levers)
  • ROMI-positive scaling: spend growth without breaking unit economics
  • Single source of truth: consistent data measurement and decision-making
  • Growth flywheels: help product and creative teams design loops that sustain growth
  • Growth elevation: collaborate with Product and Engineering on monetization, onboarding, and paywall iteration

What We’re Looking for

Core experience

  • 2+ years in growth product management/product marketing management / product-led marketing with a proven experimentation track record.
  • Strong analytics chops — funnels/journeys, cohorts, incrementality.
  • Experience scaling B2C subscription products (web and/or mobile).
  • Cross-functional leadership, driving measurable outcomes with Product & Engineering.
  • Proven leadership in growth product management/conversion rate optimisation (but we welcome ambitious Senior Specialists ready to step up into a leadership role).

Bonus points

  • Background in EdTech, language learning, or content-heavy subscriptions.
  • Experience building an experimentation program from fragmented processes into a single operating system.
  • Hands-on AI or automation experience in growth workflows (hire Claude for daily ops).

Impact Areas

  • You’ll start lean with the first step — CRO function (landing/checkout/onboarding/paywall optimization). Once built, we’ll define the next team scope of your growth engine within 3–6 months.
