Currently, we are looking for Lead of Organic Acquisition to join the Promova team.
The goal of this role is strategic: developing and executing a strategy for attracting organic traffic and converting it into leads for the product, both worldwide and in key focus markets.
Your areas of impact:
- Own the entire organic user acquisition direction, including the website, PBN networks, apps, AI tools, Reddit, and other platforms.
- Conduct competitor analysis, track trends, and continuously explore new opportunities to create truly outstanding solutions and become the number one player in the region.
- Develop a strategy that leverages both owned placements and external resources to effectively attract and intercept organic traffic across different intents, ensuring its conversion into product users.
- Work on both our WorldWide strategy and specific geographic markets (currently focusing on 14 countries).
- Build and lead teams (SEO, ASO, Linkbuilding, and others) to drive effective results.
- Participate in forecasting and planning, with the ability to predict traffic, conversion rates, leads, and revenue from organic channels.
- Engage in projects and experiments aimed at improving strategy and monetization.
- Manage budgets.
- Involve vendors, auditors, and external expertise to maximize results.
What you’ll need:
- 5 years of experience in SEO.
- 2+ years of experience in team management.
- 2+ years of SEO experience in English-speaking markets and within a product company.
- Knowledge of ASO.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Serpstat, Semrush, and SimilarWeb.
- Deep understanding of website ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and experience working with product analytics.
- Strong expertise in On-page, Off-page, and technical SEO optimization.
- English proficiency at B2-C1 level.
