Customer Support Manager


Необходимые навыки

Fluent spoken and written English (C1, C2 levels);
Proficient Russian is must;
Great communication & negotiation skills;
Ability to learn quickly;
Previous experience in sales, call center or support from 6 months;
Experience in Social Media Marketing is a plus.


Competitive salary;
Schedule: (Monday-Friday) 12:00 — 21:00 (Flexible). Sometimes 14:00 — 23:00

Help existing and potential customers mainly from English speaking countries via email/phone/live chat;
Contribute to product’s success (building FAQ, knowledge base);
Closely cooperate with product team regarding customer feedback;
Manage bugs and forward them to the development team;
Provide comprehensive support to the sales team;
Track and report metrics to the head of CS team.
