We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Public Relations Officer to join our team and promote Circle.Help and the Circle of Toys project.
Circle.Help, a social network for aid, is a platform that connects those in need of help with those who can provide assistance. It is a global platform of help that exists with only one mission in mind: to prove the point that every problem has a solution, that for anyone suffering there is somebody out there who can help.
The successful candidate must understand and believe in the impact they will have on the world. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective PR strategies across key international markets, and work with exceptional drive to make the world a better place.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy and Planning:
— Develop and implement PR strategies to raise awareness of Circle.Help and the Circle of Toys.
— Create and execute media plans targeting key markets (UK, Ukraine, US, and Arab countries). - Media and Communications:
— Maintain and develop relationships with journalists, bloggers, and key influencers.
— Draft press releases, articles, announcements, and other media materials
— Organise interviews, secure media coverage, and manage other media activities. - Events and Collaborations:
— Organise PR activities and events (e.g., press conferences, presentations, and meetings with partners).
— Collaborate with partners and other organisations on joint projects. - Monitoring and Analysis:
— Monitor media coverage of Circle.Help and Circle of Toys.
— Prepare reports on the effectiveness of PR campaigns.
— Analyse campaign performance and propose improvements to promotional strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in PR (2+ years).
- Experience working with international media and a good understanding of the media landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
- Fluent English (C1+ level).
- Creative, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
