Our goal is:
To create a gaming metaverse with avatars of children, parents, and teachers. Young children will discover their potential through adventures in educational environments filled with engaging characters and tropes, while adults will get a chance to show their creativity and become education influencers.
Children’s avatars will develop and grow, reflecting and motivating the child’s proclivities — creating a virtuous circle through building up an avatar of your potential self, not just a disconnected character. Their adventures in the metaverse will initially inform and then incorporate regular education and homework.
Teachers will have an opportunity to become content creators and attract many students as residents of their educational worlds, with customisable storylines that resonate with different education strategies. Incentivizing creative, tenacious individuals to become educators in an interactive environment will transform the very nature of teaching, and attract very different people to become teachers, motivating them through a reward structure proportional to their contribution to the platform.
We are seeking an imaginative, curious, creative and erudite Game Designer to join our team and contribute to our educational game ecosystem, built primarily for children.
— 3+ years of experience as a Game Designer.
— Proven experience in the following game areas: Platformer, Adventure, RPG and Online.
— Proven experience in designing and delivering successful games, with a portfolio that showcases your work.
— Understanding of the game development cycle and the impact of game mechanics on the development process.
— Understanding of the game mechanics interactions.
— Experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimization to improve monetization strategies.
— Ability to implement changes to game balance based on analytics.
Will be a plus:
— Solid understanding of Unity 3D.
— Рassion for mathematics, probability theory.
— Passion for games, their mechanics.
— Create comprehensive project documentation to guide the game development process.
— Design engaging gameplay systems, mechanics, and core loops that resonate with our target audience.
— Balance the in-game economy to ensure an enjoyable and fair player experience.
— Utilise player data analysis to identify areas for improvement and enhance product metrics.
— Research and improvement for UX.
