— Ability in the deployment of complex applications with Docker and Kubernetes
— Expertise in managing cloud infrastructure with AWS and Google Cloud Platform, having courage when confronted with physical networks as well
— Knowhow of maintaining and optimizing services like PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ and Redis in the cloud
— Familiarity with deploying Ruby, Python and Node.js applications in different environments
— Linux wizardry and knowledge of the ins and outs of shell scripting
— Competence in designing a secure and fault-tolerant server architecture that can adhere to the stringent reliability requirements of the financial industry, where data privacy and encryption are paramount
— Devotion to process automation over repetitive tasks and prior experience with tools like Terraform or Ansible

— Mentoring the engineering and data teams on reliability and security best practices, speeding up the development cycle by designing a new state of the art CD pipeline
— Working directly with the Head of Engineering in building the next iteration of the ventures cloud server infrastructure to power planned international expansion
