🔍 Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our and take on the strategic and tactical management of digital marketing, with a focus on attracting B2B clients from various industries.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in this field, knows how to build and grow communities, promotes products through multi-channel strategies, and understands how to effectively use webinars and high-quality expert content to attract and retain the target audience.
📌 Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy to promote a B2B e-commerce platform.
- Build and grow multiple targeted communities of potential clients (by industry).
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (content, webinars, SMM, paid ads, SEO, email, AI avatars, etc.).
- Develop paid advertising strategies (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), set tasks for in-house specialists or external contractors, oversee execution, and analyze effectiveness.
- Organize and promote webinars, training sessions, and online events for different audience segments.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
- Analyze marketing performance, prepare reports, and optimize the sales funnel.
- Conduct research and segmentation of the target audience by industries and pain points.
- Manage external vendors (design, advertising, copywriting) when needed.
🧑💻 Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing for B2B e-commerce or SaaS.
- Proven experience in building and growing professional communities (by industries/niches).
- Ability to develop and implement multi-channel strategies, including webinars and email nurturing.
- Understanding of paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and the ability to manage them strategically through internal teams or external vendors.
- Strong skills in ad performance analysis and strategy optimization based on results.
- Experience using digital analytics to assess campaign performance and drive optimization.
- Excellent content marketing skills and understanding of the customer journey in B2B.
- Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, marketing reports, A/B testing).
- Experience in ABM (Account-Based Marketing).
- Independence, proactivity, and results-driven mindset.
