We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join the Innovative Solutions division at Program-Ace.

Our clients include industry leaders from manufacturing, construction, defense, education, and healthcare — organizations aiming to drive digital transformation and boost operational efficiency. Companies such as GAP, Deutsche Telecom, Deloitte, Qualcomm, Lenovo, PWC, Meta, BBC, Vodafone, and many others use our solutions.
We are expanding into new industries and looking for a Sales Manager who will help clients discover new opportunities for growth through innovative technologies.
🔥 Your key responsibilities will include:
- Active outreach and development of new B2B clients across the globe within your assigned industry;
- Leading meetings and negotiations with decision-makers (from managers to C-level executives);
- Identifying client needs, creating tailored proposals, and presenting solutions;
- Managing the full sales cycle — from first contact to contract signing and project handoff;
- Collaborating with pre-sales and development teams to align on technical aspects;
- Building long-term relationships and driving upsell opportunities with existing clients;
- Participating in events such as demos, trade shows, and industry conferences.
🧠 What we’re looking for:
- Proven B2B sales experience with long deal cycles, ideally in tech or digital solutions;
- Consultative/solution selling skills — ability to offer flexible solutions that solve business problems, not just promote product features;
- Understanding of various industries and their business processes;
- Basic technical literacy or interest in AR/VR/AI technologies, understanding of digital training and Digital Twin concepts, demo presentation skills;
- Experience negotiating with and selling to top-level executives;
- Structured and goal-oriented approach: strong pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline;
- Advanced English level or higher;
- A strong personal network in one of the following industries is a big plus: Logistics, Warehousing & Transportation, Manufacturing, Heavy Machinery, Automotive, Retail & Consumer Goods, Construction, Energy, and Industrial Automation.

- Experience launching new product lines or entering new markets;
- Background in sales for Training & Simulation, EdTech, Smart Industry, PropTech, or Corporate Learning;
