Program Manager

Today we are looking for a great Program Manager to join our dream team :)

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day daily operations of the Program (full-cycle of software development outsourcing service: analysis, proposal, contract, development, deployment, support etc.);
• Development and Implementation of the Program growth strategy (with Marketing and Sales departments);
• Implementation of the Program growth;
• Managing Program budget and meeting Program performance requirements (KPI);
• Resource management for the Program (with the company’s Resource Manager);
• Apply change and risk management for the Program;
• Coordinate cross-project activities and optimization inside the Program;
• Cooperate with other Programs inside the company (resource planning, best practices, joint projects, processes, etc.);
• Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a management position related to software delivery (Head of delivery, Operational Manager, etc.) in a successful software outsourcing company;
• Vigorous business acumen, excellent customer service skills, and a strategic mindset;
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask;
• Leadership and interpersonal skills;
• Positive mindset.

It will be a plus

• Own fresh ideas on how to grow software outsourcing business in Ukraine and internationally;
• Project Management certificate (PMI’s PMP etc.);
• Experience with custom software development services for enterprise clients;
• Experience with AR/VR projects;
• Experience with Training & Simulation projects;
• Experience with Game Development projects.
