For more than nine years, we have been implementing best practices of GitOps, DevSecOps, and FinOps, and providing Kubernetes-based infrastructure services to help businesses of all sizes —SMB, SME, or large enterprise clients to stay innovative and effective.

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Writer specializing in DevOps services, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality technical articles, case studies, blog posts, and other resources to support our clients in effectively implementing and utilizing our DevOps solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development methodologies, DevOps practices, and excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer in a software development environment, preferably with a focus on DevOps services.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, DevOps practices, and related tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Git, etc.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and clarity.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English (Advanced level).

Responsibilities:

• Be able to write on IT topics such as DevOps and Cloud services, Kubernetes.
• Describe existing and new product features.
• Write articles, press releases, and case studies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps engineers, developers to gather technical information and requirements for documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in DevOps and software development to continuously improve the quality and relevance of documentation.
