Proffiz is looking for a creative and experienced Senior IT Recruiter. This is an exciting time to join the modern rapidly growing software development and services company business with significant growth plans. We are looking for a talented colleague in Lviv.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or IT company)
  • Deep knowledge of the Ukraine IT market.
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles including good knowledge of various technologies
  • Skills in a variety of sourcing techniques (not only job websites);
  • Stress resistance, willingness to work with different level positions, both tech and non-tech;
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills;
  • Self-driven and proactive, energetic;
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks;
  • Positive attitude, creativity, integrity, readiness for aggressive hiring plans;
  • Passion for recruiting and IT;
  • Upper-Intermediate English level will a plus;

Will be a plus:

  • previous Lead experience
  • working with Zoho Recruiting ATS

Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, contacting, interviewing, background checks, selection, and hiring
  • Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, job sites, etc.;
  • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
  • Assessing applicants; knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
  • Take a part in HR activities
  • Review and understand technical job requirements
  • Maintain relationships with candidates and build a strong passive pipeline
  • Help us build an impressive Employer Brand.
  • Contribute to recruiting strategy and planning;
  • Recruiting budget planning;
