Project Manager


Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager to help our teams to manage and deliver high-quality products. You will have an opportunity to work in a team of highly qualified and passionate professionals within a result-driven company focused on solving real customers’ needs and bringing the best solutions for our client’s projects.

As a part of our Delivery team, you will be responsible for gathering feedback, organizing it in reports, communicating to stakeholders, suggesting improvement steps, and interacting with various teams across the Proffiz company in order to get things done. The right candidate should be result-oriented, proactive and be capable of learning&improving on the go.


  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, and expenditures;
  • Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings;
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings;
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings;
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met. Supervising project delivery;
  • Meetings with project stakeholders;
  • Managing and ensuring team load;
  • Providing administrative support as needed to software development teams;
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project;
  • Determining project changes;
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable;
  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution;
  • Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members;
  • Coordination of small and mid-size teams simultaneously


  • Experienced in IT management, having at least 2 years in driving a team
  • Possessing 3 years of experience in the IT-sphere
  • Ready to perform as a true leader who provides performance feedback and capability development of team members
  • Understanding outsourcing/outstaffing software development company functioning
  • Demonstrating strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Having at least an Upper-Intermediate level of English (the higher level — the stronger advantage)
  • Understanding and experience in different Software development life cycles

    It Will be a plus:
  • managing of the project independently from other services like QMO, PMO, etc
  • managing more than 1 project simultaneously
  • Understanding of ITIL Lifecycle approach
