— 6+ months of experience in IT recruitment (agency or IT company)
— At least basic understanding of programming languages/technologies;
— Skills in a variety of sourcing techniques (not only job websites);
— Stress resistance, willingness to work with different level positions, both tech and non-tech;
— Mindset: tactful, mature, flexible, and able to successfully respond to multiple work pressures;
— Team player person who values accountability, honesty, and has a strong sense of urgency;
— Should be willing to participate in other HR projects;
— Excellent organizational skills;
— Upper-Intermediate level of English.

— Full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, contacting, interviewing, background checks, selection, and hiring

— Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
— Assessing applicants; knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
