We are a Productech company (USA). Since 2015 we have been selling electronics on 19 of the best platforms in America, including Amazon and Shopify.

Our products regularly enter the top 100. Under the TREBLAB brand, we have already sold more than 1 million units.

We invite a recruiter to our team, whose main task will be to hire talented and productive people for the team.

You will:

  • carry out and influence the full cycle of recruiting in the company;
  • conduct interviews on competencies for different positions. This skill is especially important to us;
  • assist department heads in drawing up a role profile for open vacancies and select specialists from the most appropriate profile;
  • work in a convenient and modern PBX Recruitee;
  • work with various platforms to search for candidates;
  • work with recruiting metrics;
  • implement projects aimed at improving the efficiency of the recruitment process.

We expect you:

  • you have 5 years of experience as a recruiter and can independently manage the recruiting process;
  • you like to communicate with candidates and conduct an in-depth assessment of candidates on competencies;
  • you like and can to learn quickly;
  • you like to precision and understand that all the details are of great importance;
  • you want to develop in a professional team.
