We are Productech, an American company that manufactures and sells our brands of electronics on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and our own websites. We have been successfully operating since 2015, headquartered in Miami, USA. In 2021, we doubled our sales volume.

We are looking for a CFO with at least 4 years of experience in the field of finance. In the future, we expect this role to act as a strategic business partner for TOP management.

All international certificates in finance will be a plus. English — upper intermediate.

Main areas of responsibility:

• profitability planning;
• assessment and analysis of the results of financial activities;
• reduction of the tax burden;
• search for working capital to ensure the company’s activities;
• organization of the budget process.

Key tasks and directions for 2022-2023:

• Implement ERP system and budgeting project. According to ERP, it is important to analyze systems that take into account management, accounting, and financial accounting. Propose a roadmap for the implementation of ERP and the creation of a full-fledged accounting system in the company.
• Management of a team (3 people) and already built processes in finance:
• accounting;
• reporting and analysis;
• treasury department;
• taxation;
• financial controlling;
• administration.

Tasks during the trial period:

• analysis and audit of existing processes in finance;
• revision of the organizational structure of the department. Reassessment of the team’s expertise, taking into account the goals of the company;
• create and defend the financial strategy/roadmap and its implementation in front of the company’s management.
